Housekeeping was efficient, with fresh towels daily, which enhanced the overall tidy atmosphere of the space. The staff were helpful in managing a last-minute room issue, ensuring alternative arrangements were smoothly coordinated. They provided transportation from the station and back, indicating a commitment to guest comfort and service. however, there was room for improvement in the service, such as not being informed of daily specials or offered dessert. With convenience in mind, the hotel is well-located near local cafes and provides amenities like a snack bar and a cozy bar/lounge area.
